Blinking Boggleball by Tobar is a bouncy ball covered with nobbles and it flashes when it bounces. Each boggleball has two tone colour designs, with the body of the ball being one colour and the spikey nobbles being another colour. The ball is soft and squishy. Throw and bounce the ball on any surface and internal LEDs will illuminate and flash.
