So here is my Hickety Pickety bag featuring not one but four black speckled hens. If you’re unfamiliar with the nursery rhyme you’ll find it in the pattern notes. This is a really simple tote bag, lined with a patch pocket and two long handles for carrying over your shoulder. You could make the handles shorter if you prefer not to carry your shopping this way.
