Mint or ginger is often added to it. In Ghana it is known as “sobolo” and in Nigeria as “zobo”. One of the names for hibiscus tea is also karkade (Arabic). Rosehip bark – very rich in vitamins and minerals. It is especially rich in vitamin C. It is a good diuretic and can have a positive effect on digestive health and stomach ailments.
