Rooibos tea, also known as red tea, comes from a bush that grows in South Africa. The name is derived from rooi bos (Afrikaans), which means ‘red bush’. It is known as rooibos, bush tea, red tea or red bush tea. The leaves of the bush are used to make herbal tea. Rooibos is usually prepared like other more classic herbal teas. Pour hot water, and infuse for a certain time. It can be drunk without adding anything else, but lemon, sugar, honey, etc. can be added to it according to individual taste.
